Privacy Policy for TalentSync

TalentSync does not collect, store, or sell any personal data.

• We use Google OAuth to authenticate you. Your name, email, and profile picture are used only within the extension and are never stored or transmitted to our servers.
• Resumes are uploaded directly to your own private AWS S3 bucket using secure, temporary credentials. We do not have access to or store your files.
• Job description data is read directly from a LinkedIn guest url when you choose to analyze a job. No browsing history or unrelated page content is accessed. We do not have access to your LinkedIn account data.
